Configuring the Automated Sequence
The sequence designed for TravelMore.com was configured to segment subscribers and was automated to send emails at a set interval of every two days. The sequence works in the following way:
Warm leads are funneled to the site by the lead magnet (an interactive travel packing list).
The leads opt-in to the newsletter in order to receive the lead magnet and become a subscriber. The welcome email segments the subscriber into three separate lists.
Subscribers receive an email newsletter every 2 days with a list of the most recent blog content posted to TravelMore.com
The Email Sequence
The sequence created for TravelMore.com consisted of five emails which nurtured the subscriber over the course of seven days. The final email in the sequence presented a discounted product offer to the subscriber that allowed them to purchase the newly launched e-book product.
Results
Here’s what we achieved for TravelMore.com:
TravelMore.com subscriber list growth
We created a new lead magnet to attract subscribers
We created a reusable email nurture sequence
We created new content for TravelMore.com
The Client & The Challenge
TravelMore.com, a UK-based travel blog, published a new e-book product. TravelMore.com was looking for a way to increase their newsletter subscribers in order to drive traffic to their blog as well as increase sales for their old and new digital products.
Strategies and Implementation
We started by designing a funnel strategy and a lead magnet in order to move subscribers through to the desired end goal efficiently.
We also planned an email sequence to nurture newsletter subscribers into clients. In order to create brand authority and build confidence in the subscribers, we created SEO content for their blog and used that as newsletter content for the email campaign.
